REVERAND KIBBIE STEELE volunteers as Director of the Center for Abuse and Assault Prevention (CAAP), which provides bilingual child abuse prevention education for children and adults. In the first year after creating CAAP, Ms. Steele personally trained over 3,500 children and 2,000 others in community presentations. She also serves as a Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commissioner, as a team chaplain at Napa State hospital, as summer camp director, and as wife and mother of two daughters. With a Masters of Divinity and Phi Beta Kappa Physics Degree, she has previously been a computer engineer, school teacher, and local pastor.
