Dr. Diana Beth Koin

DR. DIANA BETH KOIN is known for her pioneering work in the field of elder abuse; she created and ran a free clinic for the elderly in Denver, Colorado and is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Gerontology at Stanford Medical School where she volunteers her time to teach physicians about the elderly. She coordinates the hospital based Home Care Program at the Veterans Administration’s Hospital and serves as the National Chairperson for their Home Care Quality Assurance Program. She has also served as Chairperson of the Home Health Care Program of the Visiting Nurses Association Board of Directors. She received her MD from the University of Colorado.
