has devoted much of her life to helping women alcoholics. As Executive Director of Women’s Recovery Association of San Mateo County, she was honored at the Ninth Annual California Women’s Council on Alcoholism, along with First Lady Betty Ford. She has published many articles on the subject of alcoholism and speaks nationally on this topic. Her on-going personal commitment has made a major contribution to women everywhere. Her warmth, generosity, and sharing of life experience has brought encouragement and hope to many women of San Mateo County, whose lives have been enriched by her work.
