Patricia Crooks Brown

PATRICIA CROOKS BROWN has a long history of accomplishments in the fields of education and conflict resolution. Her major roles in education include serving as a Board Member of Redwood City Schools since 1981, working as coordinator and instructor with the Redwood City School District Parenting Program and as Chair of the Operations Board of the Redwood City Consortium for After-School Child Care and is on the steering committee of Redwood City’s Youth Services and a delegate to the California Schools Boards Association. As a staff member of the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center, she has been a leader in development of many new programs, including Conflict Resolution in the Schools Program. Currently, she is playing a key role in a major project sponsored by PCRC and San Mateo County Government to develop collaborative problem solving and conflict resolution programs to all areas of human service and institutional activities in the county.
