Margaret Anderson Marshall

MARGARET ANDERSON MARSHALL a graduate of Sequoia High School and the University of California at Berkeley, has participated actively on many school and community committees while raising three children. She has served on the Redwood City Elementary School Board from 1974 to 1986 and been committed to providing equitable educational opportunities to meet the diverse needs of all children. She enjoys sharing outdoor activities with them and annually treks into the Grand Canyon with 7th graders. For 30 years she has served as a counselor for the California Girls State program encouraging young women to become actively involved in public service. Presently she chairs the Redwood City Consortium for School Age Child Care.
