Carol A. Tanzi

CAROL A. TANZI, also known as the “Goddess of Garbage”, has been recognized and appreciated as a community leader and her skills and talents highly valued by all who know her. Her volunteer experience speaks volume about her passion and energy for which she has received many awards including: Soroptomist International “Woman of Distinction”; Honorary Service Award from California State PTA; and Congressional Recognition for her Invaluable Service for five consecutive years, just to name a few. Carol has supported women in business by holding key positions representing them as well as giving time to young girls and youth programs not to mention helping with issues such as breast cancer, the American Heart Association, family Service and Mission Hospice. Carol does all of this while running her own interior design business and inspiring other to recycle their “garbage” by creating fabulous art pieces. Combining her volunteer spirit with her design talent, Carol was able to decorate the Center for Prevention of Domestic Violence. Carol’s ability to run two successful businesses and her desire to give back to her community so generously is highlighted by her great spirit. She is proof that one person can make a huge difference.
