Rose H. Meehan was and educator who died in 1927. Perhaps the most revered educator in San Mateo County history. Ms. Meehan spent 42 years in the profession. She taught on the coast side and after her stint there, Ms. Meehan spent 20 successful years as principal of Central School in San Mateo,
