MARY REGAN SIMONSON, a senior at Sacred Heart Preparatory School, has contributed more than 900 community service hours since 1992 to Ronald McDonald House for terminally ill children and their parents, plus another 186 volunteer hours at a variety of places, including Stanford Children’s Hospital. Presently at Ronald McDonald House, she recruits, trains and manages a teen volunteer program serving 200 children.
