JANICE ROMANT-SOLIS is president of Fashion Dynamics of Foster City. Ms. Romant-Solis received an American Business Woman of the Year Award for developing a five million dollar per year sales company. Founding in 1982, her company has over 5,000 active representatives nationally. She also worked as an employment counselor for the State Employment Development Dept., with youth job training, with Vietnam veteran rehabilitation programs, and with a direct sales company. Ms. Romant-Solis has contributed to the community through her work with the Leukemia Foundation, the Mexican Earthquake Relief, and established the “California Kid of the Year” award to benefit Pros for Kids, an anti-drug program. Married to co-founder, Ray, they have 3 children.
